Anchor bolts:
When the mechanical components are installed on the concrete foundation, the J-shaped and L-shaped ends of the bolts are buried in the concrete for use.
The tensile capacity of the anchor bolt is the tensile capacity of the round steel itself, and the size is equal to the cross-sectional area multiplied by the allowable stress value (Q235B: 140MPa, 16Mn or Q345: 170MPA) as the allowable tensile capacity design capacity.
The anchor bolts are generally made of Q235 steel, which is smooth and round. The steel bar (Q345) has high strength, and the thread of the nut is not easy to make. For smooth round anchor bolts, the buried depth is generally 25 times its diameter, and then a 90-degree hook with a length of about 120mm is made. If the bolt has a large diameter (such as 45mm) and the buried depth is too deep, a square plate can be welded to the end of the bolt, that is, a large head is enough (but there are certain requirements). The buried depth and the hook are to ensure the friction between the bolt and the foundation, so that the bolt will not be damaged by pulling out.
Also known as stiffening anchor plate anchor bolts, welded anchor bolts, anchor claw anchor bolts, ribbed anchor bolts, anchor bolts, anchor screws, anchor wires, etc. It is specially designed to be buried in the concrete foundation and used as the base for fixing various machines and equipment. The 7-shaped anchor bolt is the more commonly used one among the anchor bolts. Generally, it is made of Q235 steel, the high-strength materials are processed with Q345B or 16Mn, and 40Cr materials are also used to process 8.8-strength products, and occasionally they are processed with secondary or tertiary rebar. There are different types of anchor bolts: wool, thick rod and thin rod. The wool, the raw material steel, is directly processed from round steel or wire without modification; thick rods, or called A-type, and thin rods, or B-type, are all processed from steel into corresponding rod diameters. Welded anchor bolts are made of single-head bolts welded with stiffened iron plates. Its anti-pull ability is strong. According to different conditions of use, it can reach 3.6, 4.8, 6.8, and 8.8 levels respectively. 3.6 Grade 7 The tensile capacity of the anchor bolt is the tensile capacity of the steel itself. The tensile strength of anchor bolts directly processed with Q345B or 16Mn raw materials can reach a tensile strength of 5.8. The tensile strengths of 4.8, 5.8, 6.8 and 8.8 refer to the mechanical properties specified in GB/T3098.1.
