Hot dip galvanizing is a process in which the molten metal reacts with the iron matrix to produce an alloy layer, thus combining the matrix and the coating. Hot dip galvanizing is to pickling the iron and steel parts first. In order to remove the iron oxide on the surface of the steel parts, after pickling, the steel parts are cleaned through ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or ammonium chloride and zinc chloride mixed aqueous solution bath, and then sent to the hot dip plating bath. Hot dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion and long service life.
