Inspection standards
1. The chicken heart ring should undergo factory inspection by the technical inspection department of the manufacturing plant, and be accompanied by a product quality certificate.
2. The chicken heart ring should be smooth and flat, without any cracks, defects, sharp edges, or uneven surface defects that may damage the steel wire rope. The tip of the chicken heart ring should be freely fitted and the tip should be shortened to half the depth of the groove.
3. After the surface of the chicken heart ring is galvanized, there should be no defects such as missed plating, zinc particles, bubbles, cracks, etc.
4. During the experiment, the safety load of the chicken heart ring shall not be less than 32% of the minimum breaking force of the steel wire rope. After unloading, the inner width of the chicken heart ring shall not exceed 15% of the original size.
5. The chicken heart ring should be marked with dimensions, manufacturing units, and other markings.
