Product Description
Rivet nuts are mainly used to solve problems such as easy melting of metal sheets and thin tube welding nuts, easy welding deformation of substrates, and easy slipping of internal threads during tapping. It does not require tapping internal threads or welding nuts, with high riveting efficiency and easy use. Rivet nuts are suitable for fields such as automobiles, aviation, railways, and refrigeration, and can be applied to the fastening of various thicknesses of plates and pipes (0.5MM-6MM). If the nut of a certain product needs to be installed on the outside and the space inside is narrow, making it impossible for the rivet head of the riveting machine to enter for riveting and the methods such as sprouting cannot meet the strength requirements, then riveting and expanding riveting are not feasible. Riveting nuts are an ideal solution.
