Product Introduction:
Firstly, drill a hole by selecting an alloy electric hammer drill bit with the same diameter as the expansion screw iron pipe. Install it on the drill bit to drill the hole where it needs to be installed. The depth of the hole is slightly equal to the length of the bolt. After drilling the hole, clean the debris inside the hole, and then insert the expansion screw into the hole. Note that one end of the nut is on the outside, and the other end is inserted into the hole. Tighten the nut, and the iron pipe will slowly expand, thus providing a fixing effect. Usually, the iron pipe of the expansion bolt in the above diagram is 4mm thicker than the bolt, which means that the M6 bolt is drilled with a hole of m10, the M8 expansion bolt is drilled with a hole of m12, and so on.
When fixing an object, it is necessary to insert the expansion bolt into the hole and tighten the nut first, so that the iron sheet on the outside of the bolt is slightly tightened. When the expansion bolt is slightly fixed, unscrew the nut and flat washer, then align the object that needs to be fixed (usually fixed with holes) with the bolt and install it. Then, tighten the flat washer and washer in sequence, and finally fix it with the nut.
